It all started with independent makers living and working in the West of Scotland who met whilst attending Ayrshire craft markets

Wylde Thistle was born in 2022 with the commitment and enthusiasm to bring the best of the West's creative community to a wider audience through markets and special pop up events. We have progressed and developed quickly, securing exclusive partnerships at two prestigious Ayrshire venues and a third at an award winning museum in Lanarkshire hosting successful and vibrant artisan markets

Alice and Clair (equal co-founders/co-owners) continue to work hard to develop Wylde Thistle and celebrate our local exciting, vibrant and unique artisan community - Alice looks after admin and invoicing whilst Clair designs the website, social media and marketing
